With our machinery, we can compound high quality batches from small quantities to large deliveries. Depending on the requirements and standards of our customers' area of application, we offer specialized finishing technologies and a variety of delivery forms.

In addition to wigwag sheets, we also offer customized delivery forms such as feeder strips, panels, extruded or calendered sheets, strained roller sheets, silicone profiles and various other forms tailored to meet our customers' processes and needs. These are suitable for various processing methods such as Compression Molding (CM), Transfer Molding (TM) and Injection Molding (IM).

Nitrile Butadiene Rubber

Why choose NBR compounds?

  • Heat resistant up to approximately 100 °C, short-term up to 120 °C
  • Low gas permeability
  • Good resistance to aliphatic hydrocarbons like propane, butane, gasoline, mineral oils and fats, diesel fuels
  • Low abrasion
  • Cold flexibility highly dependent on ACN content—improved cold flexibility decreases oil resistance and vice versa
  • Moderate ozone, aging, and weather resistance, which can be improved with antioxidants
